Networked quantum sensors for fundamental physics

QSNET is a flexible network of quantum sensors across the UK and with links into international networks.  The sensors include different types of atomic clocks and spin clocks that use high-precision spectroscopy to discover spatial and temporal violations of the Standard Model in table-top laboratory experiments. The networked approach allows different clocks to be built in different regions of the UK, making best use of local expertise, whilst enabling all of the clocks to have access to a common frequency reference, thus avoiding duplication of infrastructure.
